- Will there be only one global file, or one file per application? Using
- one file for 'normal' shortcuts (Open, Quit etc etc) would be useful,
- and the application-specific file could have extra information in it
- for that app only, like license keys, or any settings information that
- is needed.

- With various extensions where key could be some other variable for things
- taht aren't key-short-cuts. Wildcards are valid, so global keys would
- be done with '*', as in :

- As to where to put it, no one has even agreed to the above. They are
- still arguing about ^A and trying to vote on it. Damn stupid to vote
- on ^A when you can configure it instead.
